21. Agreement to be Entered into : (1) Upon having been selected for
scholarship but prior to go for study or training, the person so selected
shall enter into an agreement in a format prescribed in schedule -1 and
shall submit it to the Ministry of Education.
(2) While entering into an agreement pursuant to Sub-rule (1),
the concerned person shall also submit original medical certificate
certified by Medical Practitioner registered with the Nepal Medical
Council.
